First Line Managers
With your experience of leading and coaching associates, you could lead one of the teams who prepare our merchandise ready for delivery. Great work here makes for a much better customer experience in the stores. A typical day could include:
- Managing and organising the team
- Prioritising tasks to get best results
- Recruiting new hires and coaching them
- Motivating your team to perform at the highest possible level
- Recognising talent and developing them

As well as managing and organising your team's work, you'll help them do a great job every day. They'll look to you to drive for best practice and take time to coach and motivate them so that they can learn new skills – and feel perform even better.
You will also recruit new Associates and make sure we bring out the best in all of them. When the team does well, you've done well too.
