We need many Specialists to keep our Distribution Centres running smoothly and that means expertise in every area from health & safety to engineering, planning to loss prevention and process improvement and quality.

Engineering Manager

Heading up one of our on-site maintenance teams, you'll help us get the most from our machinery and equipment. As well as making sure we have an effective maintenance plan in place and working with the operations team to deal with issues as they arise. If you have a relevant engineering qualification under your belt and practical experience of pneumatics, hydraulics and PLCs, this could be the role for you.

Process Improvement
& Quality Manager

We’re always looking to improve the way we work and in this key role, which calls for influence, tenacity and a strong track record of building and managing teams, you'll drive quality standards across our merchandise control, trading standards and technical training. Working closely with the site management teams and colleagues across the business, you'll create an environment that fosters innovation and is always quick to embrace new ideas.

Loss Prevention Manager

With management experience in loss prevention and security, you could lead one of the teams to focus on operational management. But because we’re always looking to do things better, there’s also a strategic element to the role. To that end, you’ll work in partnership with your colleagues and site management team to proactively raise standards and operational efficiencies

Planning Manager

Excellent problem-solving skills, astute commercial acumen, a talent for analysing and interpreting data. Bring all of this together with some management experience and you could rise to the challenge in this role. Heading up the planning team and working closely with your management colleagues, you’ll establish the resources we need to achieve our operational goals and resolve any issues that may impact our success in doing so.
